Since 1869, Weir & Sons has been proud of the attention to detail and luxury service provided. Our teams of goldsmiths, in-house engravers and watchmakers spend their days going above and beyond to ensure the best quality for our customers. Our Service Department undertake a wide range of watch and jewellery repairs on all manner of items. We have a dedicated in-house team of experienced watchmakers who carry out service work for brands such as Rolex, Omega and Tag Heuer.
We also have a team of highly trained goldsmiths, master engravers, polishers and valuers. From battery replacements, watch overhaul services, jewellery repairs, hand and computerised engraving, polishing, pearl restringing, jewellery and watch valuations for insurance and probate, our Service Centre are happy to advise you how to best care for your treasured items. Valuations
We offer a valuation service in our Service Department located on the lower ground floor.
The price starts at €140 for the first item and €50 for each additional item.
We ask that any previous valuations or certificates are brought in with the items.
Please be aware valuation time may vary and the item(s) need to be left with us.
The valuations can be used for probate, home insurance, market value and family division
As a Rolex-Authorised Service Centre, Weir & Sons are proud to offer a complete service in our cutting-edge workshop. Our three Rolex-trained watchmakers are trained according to a strict excellence criteria. To ensure every Rolex leaving our workshop complies with its original functional and aesthetic specifications.
Weir & Sons have worked with Rolex to provide a state-of-the-art workshop to the brand’s specifications to offer a comprehensive watch service. Our Rolex Authorised-Service centre status is in recognition of our commitment to the brand’s exacting standards
